The whole area was v cold and drafty. The hair washing wasn't very thorough (needs someone with strong hands) and the range of make up on offer was not good. No sparkly eye shadow and only one brand (NARS) available. V disappointing.

Lovely blow dry- but it only lasted one day
I took advantage of the off peak blow dry offer at Blow. The stylist was welcoming and did a good job, however I found my hair getting heavy and a bit greasy after as little as 6 hours. the next day i wanted to wash it all off. Maybe the products were too rich for my hair (fine, coloured)?

Cheryl was great! I had a manicure but had recently cut my thumb and so she was extremely careful whenever it came to that nail which meant i could relax. The end result is great extremely neat and consistent.
