Mixed feelings about this place. Arrival experience poor. One miserable looking girl sat at the manicure station not doing anything couldn’t even be bothered to get up and come to the desk to welcome me. Just said the hairdresser was on a break and to take a seat. The girl who did look after me was very sweet however. Great blow dry but took longer than published time so the makeup part felt very rushed. Ended up topping up a few areas myself as ran out of time. Also, the wash basin area completely flooded so my designer leather handbag got completely soaked. Not ideal. Would possibly come back for a blow dry but not other services.
