The shampooing was acceptable. But she took her time and didn't really care about providing good service. Had to ask her to work faster and ended up with no blowdry/curls at all. Appointment was supposed to be 30 mins but would have taken at least a hour if not more. Not great if you are planning to get it done for the day / work.
