The gel removal and manicure was done with great professionalism. My nails look brilliant and I know, because I have used this salon before,that the gel polish will last for around 3 weeks. In the current climate with the Covid-19 pandemic, I was reassured to see and hear the hygiene strategies which the team at Blow had in place.

Very disappointing!! The salon cancelled 35 mins before my appointment as they said the member of staff wasn’t in today - I had only booked the appointment last minute half an hour before! I was already on my way to the salon when I received the message. The member of staff at Blow ltd was unhelpful and said it wasn’t her fault and that I needed to contact treatwell for a refund . I’ve now paid in full for a treatment I haven’t received and am awaiting information about how I get a refund. Not a great experience at all.

My appointment was at 17:15 and wasn’t seen to until 17:50 which really affected my plans for the night, no mention or apology for running behind. Without any exaggeration this was the roughest blow dry I’ve ever had, my head was getting pulled roughly in every direction. I was physically wincing but this was unnoticed because my stylist was angled chatting to her colleague. I wasn’t completely happy with my curly blow, quite loose and volume uneven throughout but I just said fine because we were so behind and it was my friends birthday. The whole thing dropped out by the time I got home and I had to do it again so pretty disappointing 👎🏻
