Really bad experience at the salon itself which left me feeling really uncomfortable throughout, but the blow dry itself was good. Also don't bother paying extra for a non-fast (45min option), as I paid £10 extra for this and they rushed the blow dry to be finished in 25/30 mins-I guess because they hadn't been made aware of my Treatwell booking?

my stylist was lovely. polite and very friendly. checked exactly what I wanted and was great. I'm very happy with the end result. Unfortunately, before my appointment began I was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manor by one of the other staff members. i will make sure if I ever see her name pop up as a stylist I will never agree to the service. such a shame.
