My beautician went pretty hard and really hurt one of my toes scraping out my cuticles - til I could see some blood. I don't get a lot of pedicures so not sure if this is the norm.

Popped in at lunch for a gel mani. Staff friendly and did a good job on the shape & colour. Unfortunately didn’t last as well as other manis I’ve had, just over a week. Would give them a second go though, as all other aspects of the service were great!
