Firstly they started around 15 minutes late with no apology or explanation. The lady who washed my hair and the lady who styled it both had long acrylic nails which are very painful when being vigorously rubbed against the scalp. Whilst washing the girl was quite rough and asked if I wanted conditioner which is the first time I’ve ever been asked that when having my hair washed...what am I paying £30 for then? The girl who styled it was pleasant enough and did an okay job, but the whole experience lacked any warmth or professionalism. My blonde hair also looked brassy when it didn’t look that way when I walked in. I am not someone to complain like this but felt the experience was really disappointing and not the pre-holiday treat I’d hoped for. They give the impression they just don’t care and just want to get the day over with which is frustrating when I really put a lot of effort into choosing which salon to go with. Will not be recommending or returning.

Had a really good keratin blow dry and it got me through Christmas thanks Faye
Friendly staff who were keen to help and I wasn't kept hanging around at all (even though I turned up 15 minutes early!). My hair was beautiful, shiny & smooth, and the style lasted all night at my Christmas do and still looked great the next day!
