OPI gel experience was lovely, and the woman who completed my manicure was pleasant and had a good customer service approach. Only thing is most staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and were close to rude to most customers which made it an interesting hour. A good treatwell deal, but wouldn’t use them directly.

One of the best blow drys I’ve ever had!
Andrea accommodated my request for altering my appointment time and greeted me warmly.
After a quick consultation we agreed a ‘brilliance boost’ would be the most suitable gloss shot for my hair as it’s my natural colour & in very good condition.
My hair is fine in texture (rather than thick) and because it’s so soft it’s tricky for styles to hold. I explained that curls with straighteners would drop and hairspray may be too heavy. Andrea listening and curled my hair with a round brush, clipping sections into round twists which allowed time for sections to cool and the style to set.
24+ hours after my blow dry my hair is still bouncy, shiny and incredibly soft.
I look and feel fabulous and have received compliments about my hair.
