This was my second visit. The first was FABULOUS with a great blow dry that lasted for a few days, in spite of the drizzly weather. This blow out was an absolute BUST. The lady who did my hair was sweet but just incapable of giving a good dry. My hair was “fluffy” and curling up and shapeless by the time I had got to Covent Garden tube station. In fact, I had to pull it in to a pony tail for the remainder of the day. If I had the time, I would have returned. Instead, it was a waste of my time and my money. Ugh!
