Really nice and accommodating staff - even though the Treatwell system had messed up the time of my booking on their system, they moved things around to fit me in. Very professional, and no nonsense, and the lady who did my hair made sure she finished on time so I wasn't late.
Treatwell were a great platform to use, however there was a clear miscommunication with the salon and most of my feedback will be directed to Blow LTD.
What didn’t get across from treatwell:
I booked and paid for 45 mins treatment, the BLOW LTD were sure it was only for 30 mins.
What went wrong with Blow LTD?
Situation:
My trains were cancelled and i was trying to reach the salon to let them know i was running late.
1. Noone picked up the phone, I called 3 times at 7:30-7:45
My booking was at 8:00, and I arrived late, at 8:25. I knew that it was too late for a full treatment in case if they were fully booked, but in view of the meeting i had I needed to at least have my hair washed which was supposed to be ok within 20 mins period. What actually happened:
2. I arrived and apologised for being late, and asked whether there was a possibility of washing my hair or what were my options. The lady (asian looking, but i didn’t get the name) was incredibly rude with me, just cut and said that everyone is busy. When I mentioned that I had an appointment for 45 minutes and it supposed to have 20 mins left, she practically started screaming at me, telling me that she was the one supposed to be doing my hair, now there is no time, so i either leave or book for later. I need to note that throughout the whole experience i was very polite, and the whole salon - the therapists and the guests - gone quiet looking at that scene.
It was the worst customer service I have ever had. I did rebook for later as I already paid for the treatment, but I’m not sure I would ever want to come back when the customers are treated in such way.
I used blow ltd once a month or every other month, and advertised it to my friends but with this lady I think that this company just lost a customer for life.
