When I turned up was told they had no record of my booking as I booked through treatwell, they accomodated me half hour later than time I wanted Blowdry and makeup were good.

Good but would have liked drying time of another 10 minutes. I did pay for the extra at 45 minutes and I took only 35. As my hair was still slightly damp, it didn’t last more than 2 days when normally a thorough dry will last 4. Do have thick hair, so for thin to normal I would have thought the time would be fine.

Nice blow dry, done quickly and held in place longer than I expected. Only issue was the hairbrushes and clips used didn’t look clean, not sterilised in between clients.
