Very disappointed. They asked me to reschedule my appointment to later as they accidentally took a double booking for my slot. The attendant was alright but they place needs better furnishing - had a manicure on a broken chair and pedicure in the most uncomfortable way. Never going again.
Blow dry was nice, but not what I had asked for, and my nails could only get shaped because they didn’t know I was there, I nearly slipped on the floor...think it was product...told staff she walked off with a smile on her face🙄 for the price I would have expected a lot more.
We have booked make up and blow dry for our friend who was having a hen party on that day, booking was made for 11 in the morning and on the way there, we had a call that make up artist is not in store so they can only do the hair. That was so disappointing to hear it last minute as we had a plan for the day and all was planned hour by hour. We left home without doing any make up for the bride to be and so we had to come back home and do it while cancelling some other plans. Blow dry was done in 10 minutes which should have taken at least 30.. so you can imagine that anyone could do it at home. Not only they offered us a full refund for this but also made me to call Treatwell and ask them to refund me for make up only. I will be filing a formal complaint if a full refund is not issued as this is just unacceptable and I never heard a word sorry from the staff. Image it was your wedding day and make up artist doesn’t turn up last minute? It really gave us so much stress on a day like this and as all other places were overbooked I ended up doing make up myself! I’m waiting for my refund and compensation for our time.
