Great place and better staff! The girls were both very nice and friendly and even offered me a drink! I didn’t mention that I needed to remove my gel nail polish when booking but this wasn’t an issue and they still did it complimentary. I Will definitely come back!

Requested a particular stylist and was changed 3 times, blow dry wasn’t what I asked for, stylist didn’t speak very good English and had a strong accent so may have been a communication issue. Lady at desk did offer to blow it again later in the day but as I was then at work all day, I didn’t have time. Probably didn’t have a good stylist but wouldn’t risk it again as it was a waste of money.

Lovely venue and great staff. I apparently booked the “quick” blow dry which meant they weren’t going to wash my hair and I had to pay extra. This makes no sense to me as surely a blow DRY involves wet hair! In any case, great service, although the products used made my roots very greasy within 36 hours.

This is the worse pedicure and manicure I have ever had. The chair where I was given for the treatment is absolutely not the sort of chair for pedicure. It was a chair for blow dry. The seat level was too high even at the lowest point. There was just kitchen sink bowl for soaking my feet. The manicurist was siting on a chair which is the same height as mine and I had to lift my foot to rest on her lap for her to do my foot. I had to endure this very uncomfortable position for over an hour. My toes and fingers still hurt from the treatment. They rang me to change my appointment time and Treatwell sent my another text message giving me another time from the time salon had text me. The manicurist had such nails about an inch long, she could hardly do anyone's nails. I can see that she was having difficulties performing her job. Giving one star is an over statement it should be minus 1 star. I will not go back there.
