I booked speed pedi, but did not think ot will take 13 minutes. Lady did not work on my feet at all. She simply removed old polish nail (not completly), she used a nailfile in the way she made a hole in my nail and then just put gel. The gel was not put even neetly. I will not come back.

I was disappointed on the morning of my appointment to be called by the salon and asked to change my appointment time. When I said I couldn’t manage to come an hour and a half later as they wanted me to, the lady on the phone was noticeably annoyed and ended the call abruptly. When I went for my gel nail appointment she seemed surprised to see that I needed gel removal too, something I had specified when booking. Again this seemed to irritate my therapist. When removing my gel she again was visably annoyed as it was difficult to remove (personally I don’t think she let the acetone soak for long enough). The application was good and there are a great range of OPI colours which are my favourite, however, my nails were totally not what I asked for (I asked for a natural oval shape and came out with a very square shape). She did allow me time to chose my colour and didn’t rush me. During my time in the salon I witnessed another lady arrive for her appointment late and the staff were very rude to her, despite the salon being empty apart from me. Overall I wouldn’t return to this salon due to the manner of the staff.
