Booked through Treatwell but when I arrived they didn't have my appointment. They said they use a separate system and I needed to call Treatwell for a refund. Which I've done and which I still haven't received. Not much point being on Treatwell if you don't receive the bookings?

Despite having booked via Treatwell and having text confirmation the appointment wasn’t in their system but they were super helpful and fitted me in almost straight away - always do a great long lasting blow dry

The staff were lovely. Very welcoming. I always find the quality of the blow drys hit and miss. Although it looked good and the stylist was lovely, I think it was quite rushed (probably not her fault) so the blow dry didn’t last long which is disappointing given the price.
