Some work to be done in hygiene... the make up palettes weren’t kept in good condition. I found the brush used was old with fibres coming out (something the make up artist didn’t try to fix while applying makeup), and when the beauty blender fell on the floor she used it again on my face without washing it.

Booking was changed by Blow to an hour earlier than booked but I did not get confirmation from Treatwell. Asked for curly hair option and ended up with a flat mess. Took 1.5 hours for shoulder length hair
