The appointment was super efficient (only took 20 mins instead of 45) yet I didn't feel short-changed at all by the quality of the finish. It's a little more expensive than other nail places though and I was a bit disappointed by the limited colour selection (a few different shades of red/pink, little else).

Last time Blow was brilliant. Today it was rushed and not a great customer experience. Clearly one needs to know the therapists to know whom to ask for. In fairness the assistant manager responded very well to my dissatisfaction.

Wasn’t very impressed. The girl did a good job on the paint and polish and they have a nice selection of OPI nail varnish. However, when she was filing my nails she cut my skin and and was quite brutal with my cuticles. I was also supposed to get quick dry on my nails but after waiting for 10 mins the specialist seemed to disappear so I left without it.
