Normally I am more than happy with my blow-dry, however on this occasion is was really not great and lasted about 24 hours. I'm not sure if my stylist was having a bad day, but she seemed bored and/or inconvenienced by the process. Further to this, when I arrived, despite having a confirmation from Treatwell for the appointment, I was not in the booking system at the salon.
