Couldn’t be happier, arrived abit early and got seated with a prosecco! The ladies were absolutely fantastic I wish I’d of found this place sooner as it’s just a stone throw away from my work, had my treatment from Elysia, best blow dry I’ve had in a long time will definitely return :)
Shireena the manager was very friendly and professional and did a great job in removing the terrible gel manicure (which I had done at another venue) and also advised me how to look after my nails for the next few weeks. Will definitely book a gel appointment here next time!
The lady I had for my blow dry on Friday was excellent and so was Barbara who did my nails on Thursday.
Had the most wonderful manicure at Blow LTD and loved the whole experience. I was greeted warmly on arrival and offered refreshments (including prosecco at 1pm on a Thursday... yes please). My nails were in a state and left with them beautifully well kept and tended. A few days later I noticed a very, very small chip in the gel on one nail. Feeling a little disgruntled, I called the Blow LTD team and they apologised profusely and booked me in the next day for an express appointment to fix the issue. From there it lasted perfectly for another two weeks (before I got bored of the colour). The staff are kind and attentive - my only quibble would be its location in busy Debenhams; when busy, the noise doesn't necessarily feel that relaxing, but the excellent service and company are. Will definitely be returning!
