Was quite busy and didn't seem to have a staffed reception so was a bit awkward knowing whether to just walk in or to wait. But staff were really friendly and the gel manicure was good.

Lovely staff and really helpful, getting you into the party spirit. was good having the menu of options to be able to see how it will look - the finished outcome didn't really look like the menu item though but they did take their time for it to look nice
