Massage was brilliant, reception staff were great too and I will go back again. The shop was a bit noisy wirh people taking taking very loudly even over the lovely relaxing music.

Hairdresser didn't arrive. I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time. The lady in the shop was on the phone to the hairdresser and we had a 3 way conversation. She said her taxi had been cancelled numerous times. Her customer care was poor . I couldn't wait as I had to be in work myself. Very disappointed
