Came in for a Hollywood wax, lady who had done it was pretty welcoming. Other than that everything was a horrible experience, the stick that she had applied the wax with was getting dipped back in without getting changed in between clients which was unhygienic. Was left with little bits of hair everywhere and was told that it should be like that because it was my first Time which seemed weird. The lady had then left straight after the treatment and left the door open while someone else came in.
