the shop lacked cleanliness as a whole - I was offered drinks in dirty cups, and only one magazine was available to read in the entire shop. I was in the chair for 8 hours, far too long. Toilet was really dirty with overflowing bin and no clean hand towel available, and I think mouse droppings on the floor. They also inflated the price shown online when I booked, which I agreed to, and attempted to do so again when paying, which I refused to entertain. I won't be returning.

Usually use Salma, Mina is lovely just didn’t remove the tint properly; gosh it stung! I had to do an eye bath when I got home.

Diana gave my hair the refresh it needed. The salon was quiet which is what I prefer to be able to relax and the ladies lovelly to talk to. Diana gave perfect layers 💇🏼♀️
