First time using the service and although the lady wasn’t rude I felt wasn’t overly welcoming considering this was my first time visiting she didn’t ask me what I wanted I had to tell her.
Also when I went to pay I was told card machine wasn’t working and I had to do a bank transfer which I found odd clearly this wasn’t a one off as they was a card printed off with all the details on
Think this should have been clear on at the booking to either bring or play before hand.
