Shai was very patient and took time to make sure she was not hurting me. Whilst she did a great job not causing me too much pain there was a bit of hair left but she did explain she was having trouble getting a certain patch. She also did my massage which was lovely and she made sure she was using good pressure whilst not hurting me. I was very relaxed after.
