Such an uncomfortable, weird appointment. Tried to get my money back for a £45 wax and after weeks of asking the Treatwell team I received £5 cash back. Ridiculous. Also the woman left the door open when given a wax.

When arrived they were confused that I'd walked in and said I had an appointment l, as though they were unaware of any appointments l. I had to wait 30minutes before I was seen. Whilst waiting 2 other clients walked in claiming they had appointments and they were also responded to in a confused manner. The salon needs to be using their appointment tracker and be ready for each appointment. Otherwise the anti age facial and the wash cut blow-dry were really good.
