I was kept waiting while another client was washed,running 20 min into my appointment the my blow-dry then took 1 hour 15 minutes. My hair became caught in the brush and a large knotted section was pulled out. I had asked for a bouncy blow-dry with rollers, but they were tangled and placed incorrectly, leaving my hair straight. Although I was charged half price, I do not believe I should have been charged at all due to the damage caused,the waste of my time & the inconvenience this then caused.
