First of all the lady burnt my face , second of all the lady who did my mums hair didn’t even do it properly that made the colour not come out. I’m telling her that it shouldn be bleached first as it’s a black hair but no they apparently know best. The visit today is awful. I use to come quite often as the previous ladies use to do it properly. The new ladies don’t even know what they’re doing. I don’t recommend anyone coming here.
