I booked an appointment for 10:30 AM, but when I arrived, the salon was closed. I tried calling the number listed on their Treatwell page, but no one answered. No one has reached out to me since to explain or reschedule. Very unprofessional experience.

It says ‘full body waxing’ but it’s not full body. I booked online the appointment and they had the wrong time, people were come in all the time and there is no receptionist. Overall the waxing was good, not the experience was only good.
