Gosia was really understanding when I called to say I would be 10 mins late and allowed me to relax on what was quite an intense and stressful day. She made sure the waxing was as pain-free as possible and we had a lovely conversation throughout the treatment. Great attention to detail too, and made sure that I was happy with the result. I wholeheartedly recommend!
