The beautician was a lovely person but the results were not good. Left lots of patches of hair from the wax. Felt like it may have been rushed even though the salon was not busy.

The display of good leadership is obvious in personally handling client's hair. Dedication to duty and being conscious of time is very impressing. The look of the hair on completion is very tidy and well knitted together showing an output of professionalism.
Those on training should try to be patient and emulate perfection.
