Second time coming for this treatment, Amelia remembered me and it added a more personal touch to the appointment, super relaxing, went over findings from first and second appointments and Amelia explained really well was so interesting the see the differences, will be going on a regular basis, 100% recommend!

Amelia was kind and welcoming and ensured i was comfortable. Really relaxing atmosphere calming music and heated blanket. The reflexology itself was mostly relaxing and it was really interesting afterwards to find out the findings of where theres tension, Amelia had great knowledge and explained things well. Will 100% be going back and highly recommend.
