I’d never had a deep tissue massage before, so I wasn’t expecting the amount of pressure used to work out the knots and tension in my muscles. It was intense, but in the best way! I felt so much lighter afterwards and noticed a real improvement in my mobility, posture and strength at the gym. I’ve already booked 2 more appointments and I’m thinking of making this a monthly routine to support my gym performance and overall fitness! Highly recommend.
