I left a not so great review for the salon only because each time I had to wait at least 15 - 20 minutes and it made me late for the remainder of my day and clients. This time Kira was so lovely and understanding it's made me retract my bad review.

I had to wait half hour before I was seen to. Every time I come here I am always having to wait as they always run late. It's ridiculous. I won't be coming back again
