My cuticles were cut too deep and was bleeding. my thumbs are still sore and the wound is still open. The nails weren’t filed in to shape properly and the gel is bumpy. There is more gel at the tip of the nail and it’s just not finished well. Will not be going back to chantay.

Such a lovely place!! Decor and atmosphere is so cute. Showed a pic of the design I wanted and got exactly that (if not better) and was really made to feel pampered 💓💓 All technicians are so pleasant and make you feel very welcome - thank you!! x

Husband booked me this appointment for my birthday and I loved it. Been meaning to go back but haven’t due to my child not being back at school due to lock down. Place was clean. Staff amazing and my treatment lasted 4 weeks. Can’t wait for normality so I can go back.
