I specifically requested a technician and even freed up a time and day to get my nails done from this person, I consulted the Instagram page too before I booked just to make triple sure so I don’t waste their time as well as mine by booking anything and turning up just to be turned away and my deposit taken ( as this is what happens ) but 10 minutes before my appointment, I was sent an email ‘change of therapist’ and when I got there, no one introduced themselves so I had no idea
