After reading a few of these reviews before writing mine I was confused! People are allowed to have “off” days. They are human!
I have no complaints about my visits here , I have been to Blossom London a few times now and will continue to do so! The girls are a dream, even on an “off” day! :)

Felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable during my treatment… comparing to previous visits.
Picking a colour was like doing a favour for me even though I’ve paid for it and have the right to pick and take my time to make decision.
I couldn’t say a word because the staff seemed not in the mood and was rushing to finish.
Customer service is vital especially for regulars & showing positive energy is also important nobody wants a miserable nail tech. Xx
