The technician was nice and efficient. However, the senior technician Daniele is not the most diplomatic to deal with customers.I’ve been doing the same treatment for the last year. When booked online it cost me £30.For the last 3 times I payed directly to them, and I was served by the same person, but for 2 times I’ve payed £30, and this last time they charged me £35!I asked why, and her tone was rude, and she said this girl is more experienced than the one I used to go!How if she’s not senior
