Although she was polite, my luxury treatment felt rushed. We started 15mins late and finished within an hour. The treatment should take an hour and 10mins. The massage part was 2mins and ended so quick, I asked "is that it?" And all I got was yes it is done. It was disappointing especially when you look forward to that bit of time to yourself. I find blossom overall a bit of a miss. they are usually running late and this time it was so rushed. Not what I had paid or looked forward too.
