After 4th visit their wouldn’t be a 5th for me. I was running late and called she said it’s ok. I arrive 15 mins late and she said I booked the wrong thing so we do infill (£10 cheaper than what I booked) When I asked if she will change this on TW? She said it’s system and we can’t give refund but also because you are late! I was kept waiting 25 mins last time! Their Nail work is fine but attitude is not. Keep the £10 but loose a client.
