The service was delayed by more than 20 minutes, the professional was interrupted by calls from other clients and this could have caused her to get confused and have another treatment than the one I had scheduled.
When she noticed, she informed me that what I had chosen was without coloring. I thought I might have made a mistake, but then I checked my emails and it was the same thing I had done with another professional on other occasions and therefore I was entitled to coloring.
