If you identify as neurodivergent,it's advisable to avoid this salon, as their policies do not cater to the needs of individuals with diverse requirements. Picture being unable to effectively communicate due to your nail technician being occupied with another client, causing delays beyond the specified time in the email. Subsequently, reaching out to the salon with your concerns results in being left on read and having your needs dismissed. This reflects lack of quality in their work & CS.
