Regrettably a really bad experience for my mum which I booked as a pre holiday treat for her. They made her wait long despite having a booking. The manicure had hidden costs such as shellac removal which should have been noted or included in the price on my opinion. The chairs were uncomfortable and not user or accessibility friendly. A real shame sadly.

This is my second visit, and I was not disappointed. Yet again I had the best pedicure ever with Raluca.
Raluca did not rush the process at all, she took her time with cuticle care ensuring nails were perfectly shaped. She picked a nail varnish that suited my skin tone perfectly. The foot and leg massage was heavenly and the salon was spotless. I am already looking forward to my next visit.
