Awful experience. Staff unprofessional and could not care less. Salon is very basic and my tint was literally slapped on. I was charged £65 while my booking confirmation email stated £38.50. My stylist, Vicky, stated that it was because I chose to pay at the salon rather than online. I disputed this information but she could not care less. I will not be returning there and will not be using this website for bookings again.
