This was first time with them since they moved from Wanstead the shampoo was great and the head massage was just out of the world. Yes I have booked in for Friday. This was the first time fir the stylist so she will soon get to know my hair

Firstly, the owner was lovely and very accommodating, and what follows is not her fault. The lady doing the treatment was nearly 40 minutes late to arrive!!!! Whilst I was there another lady had to rearrange her appointment because she was late and had to get home and feed her son. The owner made me comfortable whilst I waited and got me a coffee - so thank you! When the lady finally arrived, she proceeded to do the treatment and asked "did you only book this morning?" The answer is no, I had in fact had this booked for a week, to which she huffed at my response. To be quite honest I couldn't wait to get out of there. The threading was perfect, really happy with that. The tint is a complete waste of time. There was no change to my brows and have had to pay to get it done properly elsewhere. It is such a shame that she conducted herself like this but it doesn't take too much effort to ensure that you are on time for your client and to be polite to them.
