Terrible experience. I booked a full set with nail art, but halfway through my appointment, the technician admitted he could not do the design. I asked three times about the technician who does the designs shown on Instagram and was ignored, even after asking another member of staff. The technician was also rude, repeatedly huffing and puffing when I asked to see colours. I had already said I was happy to have a plain set if the design could not be completed. Very disappointing service.

I have been to this salon a few times and have had different stylists cut my hair and I have not been disappointed once. They are always welcoming and friendly.

Definitely would not go back for nails. All my cuticles were cut not just the bit that was pushed back. The skin on two of my fingers was cut and one didn’t stop bleeding for 3 hours after! I asked for a strengthener rather than gels but he didn’t have it so I had clear polish. The clear varnish peeled off later the same day! Re hair, she was very good. I like the cut and blow dry.
