I booked in to have some highlights with Olivia, after having had a bad experience at another salon. Olivia was really lovely, seemed very experienced and listened to what I was looking for. I felt she did a great job to fix the the other salons poor work and I left feeling so pleased with my hair. I really felt she went the extra mile to make me feel confident again and I’ll definitely return to Olivia! I can’t thank the salon enough for being able to fit me in and fix my hair! X

Social distancing was not being adhered to, work stations were not sanitised between clients, face masks not being used by some people (both hairdressers and some clients). My actual treatment was well executed but unfortunately I would NEVER go back there as it most definitely was not a feel good experience.
