Olivia was attentive and had some good recommendations. She was very friendly and talkative and the time passed quicker. I did like the conditioning treatment, but I felt I needed a hot towel to seal in the treatment (she is the professional, so I guess she knows best). She was skilled and cut my hair beautifully and did a lovely blow dry to finish. I love it. Thank you Bloom & Blossom and Olivia 😊
