This was my 3rd visit to Blossom & Bloom for half head highlights. Explained how I wear my hair and what I wanted and Senem started. I felt confident on the outcome until the foils came off. Lots of whispering between Senem & Zak at the basin followed by extra purple shampoo and lots of toner. The cut and blow dry was good, but I reserve judgement on the highlights around the front of my face once the toner fades.

I always have Lucy as my nail tech at Blossom and Bloom nail salon. She's lovely and very gentle. My nails are always nice and beautiful. They actually lasts up to 3 weeks

Although someone had tried to contact us to ask us if we could come later, unsuccessfully, we were still accommodated and treated very well
I would highly recommend Zak, he immediately knew my hair type and gave ms a blow dry that made me feel a million dollars! Also stayed in for days. Along with some friendly banter, a lovely experience! Thankyou. I will be back 😁

Publicly humiliated by being lectured on the fact she thought I had eczema and how to wash and dry my feet. Not once but over and over again. Won’t be going back. There is a way to speak to customers and help them. Not talk loud enough for the whole salon to hear and talk to me like a child. Felt humiliated and upset.
