This was my 3rd visit to Blossom & Bloom for half head highlights. Explained how I wear my hair and what I wanted and Senem started. I felt confident on the outcome until the foils came off. Lots of whispering between Senem & Zak at the basin followed by extra purple shampoo and lots of toner. The cut and blow dry was good, but I reserve judgement on the highlights around the front of my face once the toner fades.
